RESPONSIBILITIES
OF A STOREROOM COORDINATOR:
•
Track inventory and cycle count.
•
Enter Work Order information into Maintenance Connection.
•
Process and fill orders from a Work Orders.
•
Analyze, monitor and respond to daily shortage reports.
•
Deliver items to plant personnel.
•
Expedite, delay, cancel or make changes to purchase requisitions as required.
•
Act as Parts Runner/ Expediter, Counter Clerk, and may participate in other
areas of Planning as a back-up.
•
Organize the parts room, make improvements to the layout and place freight in
proper places in Storeroom.
•
Safely and efficiently load receive freight off (and on) the trucks- physical
and clerical.
•
Functional knowledge of operating manual material handling equipment such as a
forklift.
•
Maintain an inventory record and conduct semi-annual inventory of the spare
parts.
•
Provide inventory documentation to the accounting department as needed.
•
Maintain administrative records, labeling merchandise, and stocking shelves.
REQUIREMENTS
OF A STOREFRONT COORDINATOR:
•
2-4+ years of Storeroom, Procurement (Supply Chain) or Manufacturing experience
•
Fork Truck Operation.
•
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
•
Ability to work in SAP and Maintenance Connection.
•
Good math skills.
•
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
