Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

·        Ensure the lines are running consistently, efficiently, and in an organized manner while keeping line stoppages at a minimum.

·        Maintain a consistent flow while setting the pace for production.

·        Provide product placement/zoning suggestions to department leaders to improve process flow.

·        Maintain a clean and organized work area; organize product, equipment, and supplies.

·        Setup of inkjet and other equipment as needed.

·        Ensure that all members of their line know the applicable brand guidelines, brand-specific activities, and KPPH goals.        

·        Sort invoices/work orders according to brand/kit complexity.

·        Setup staff according to work order/invoice, brand, experience, and the complexity of kits.

·        Create and foster a culture around daily KPPH goals.

·        Push to meet or exceed KPPH run-time goals provided by department Lead/Supervisor/Manager.

·        Ensure employees understand how to perform their duties safely, effectively, and efficiently which will include teaching, mentoring, and training as needed.

·        Ensure QC findings are reported to the Leadership team promptly.

·        Communicate with department leaders regarding issues that are a detriment to productivity and quality. Ensure paperwork is completed in a timely, thoroughly, and accurately.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • One-year experience in general warehousing, shipping and receiving.
  • Must have good reading, writing and math skills.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, SOP’s, invoices, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as hand truck, pallet jack and forklift. 
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
