ORDER FULFILLMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Accurately pick and verify order items against packing lists and order specifications.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or errors to the shipping lead.
Maintain detailed error logs and communicate issues for documentation.
Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
Cross-reference product information, including item numbers and quantities, to prevent shipping errors.
Provide clear instructions to warehouse staff for order corrections.

WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION & MAINTENANCE

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Properly store and handle incoming and outgoing products.
Utilize warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Participate in physical inventory and product relocation tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have exceptional communication skills, with clients, coworkers, and management.
Must have great attention to detail.
