RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Coordinate and work efficiently and in accordance with plans and specifications; advise the respective Project Manager as conflicts occur

·        Document and provide marked-up submittals to Project Manager showing any modifications, or discrepancies related to inline duct and piping devices.

·        Monitor and report to the respective Project Manager when coordination and detailing require work not indicated on the contract drawings.

·        Attend job meetings as requested by the Project Manager

·        Generate full coordination drawings and provide all necessary paperwork to complete the task.

·        Provide clear, dimensional, and accurate drawings.

·        Visit job sites as necessary to complete work assignments.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Ability to read and understand contract drawings, specs, and submittals.

·        Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner

·        Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers

·        Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, but remain calm when handling emergencies

·        Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. Unscheduled overtime may be required, as necessary

·        Possess field experience as a construction sheet metal mechanic or sheet metal foreman or Lic Plumbing.
